Truffle Hill Mushroom and Truffle Tapenade
This Truffled Tapenade is a wonderful combination of sliced Black Perigord Truffles, Porchini mushrooms, olives and capers.
Strong, intense and will overload your senses.
- Brush a thin layer of Tapenade on grilled meats, especially steaks. Add to your favourite tomato pasta sauce or risotto. Toss with some fettuccine for an instant meal or dip pita triangles in the Tapenade for an impressive combo.
- To make a great sauce for pasta or rice, mix one tablespoon Black Truffle Tapenade, one tablespoon cream, and 1/2 cup water or milk; warm over low heat and serve over pasta.
