Truffle Cheese Popcorn
Ingredients: *Serves 2
1/3 cup white popcorn kernels
1 tbs. black truffle oiland 1tbs truffle butter
3 tbs. grated truffle Parmesan
Truffle salt to taste
1. Heat oil and butter in medium pot on medium to medium-high heat.
2. Add corn kernels and stir until covered with oil. Cover with lid and without removing from heat, shake pot occasionally. Pop corn until popping slows to near stop.
3. Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with cheese. Stir corn to evenly distributed. Season with truffle salt to taste and transfer to serving bowl.
