How to use this spice
For an authentic flavour, mix 2tbsp (20g) Zaatar with ¼ cup (60ml) Olive Oil and serve as a dip for crusty bread or spread onto a pizza base before baking.
For a modern twist, mix 4tsp Zaatar, 2tbsp Dijon Mustard, juice and zest of 1 Lime, then marinate 4 x 150g pieces of Lamb back strap.
Grill and serve with Falafel-spiced Chickpea salad.
